What CFSS May Include
Support workers may assist with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility
assistance, health-related activities, behavior observation and monitoring, and general
day-to-day support.

As a CFSS provider agency, GentleCare Home Health LLC helps by recruiting support workers, hiring workers, training workers, supervising workers, and evaluating workers.

Payment and Funding
Eligible funding sources may include Medical Assistance (MA), Alternative Care (AC), HCBS Waivers, and MinnesotaCare for some eligible individuals.
